We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Legal Consultant (4–6 years’ experience) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. You’ll advise a diverse portfolio of local and international clients across corporate, commercial and dispute resolution matters, with hands-on exposure to complex transactions and disputes in the UAE.
What you will do:
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, employment terms, settlement agreements and shareholder documents.
- Advise on UAE mainland and free zone legal frameworks, employment law and enforcement risks.
- Manage arbitration processes and draft pleadings before local institutions (including Arbitrate AD).
- Support real estate and inheritance planning matters, including for family businesses.
- Conduct legal due diligence and documentation reviews for restructurings and cross-border deals.
- Collaborate with the team on litigation strategies and dispute resolution planning.
What you will bring:
- 4–6 years of experience as a legal consultant or associate.
- Strong drafting skills in both English and Arabic.
- In-depth understanding of UAE corporate, commercial and employment law.
- Ability to work proactively, manage client relationships and deliver independently.
